Steven Moffat Confirms ‘Sherlock’ Special To Air Around Christmas Time | TV News
After quite some time spent waiting, fans should be relieved to know that Steven Moffat has confirmed that the Sherlock one-off special will air during Christmas time. Set in 1895, the Victorian special will show a different side to the Sherlock we’ve come to know and love, along with a storyline which, as Moffat has hinted, could take on something of a paranormal aspect.
Our favourite characters of 221B will be taking a step back into a history, along with a step onto the big screen, with the special being aired in select cinemas across the globe. What with the production of the fourth season taking place in spring of 2016, it seems that Sherlock fans have much to be excited about – let’s hope that it doesn’t disappoint.
