After gracing our ears from afar for too long now, the Baltimore Boys of Sun Club finally have plans to cross the pond and shake the concert halls of the UK. If their live performances offer even a fraction of what it is heard on their studio recorded tracks, then this is a gig to be desired. Offering a mix of energy, noise, melody, madness and beauty, as Britons we welcome their presence as they certainly will leave a mark around the country.

Whilst also venturing to the continent with a batch of fantastic European dates on the cards, the psych rockers will be supporting Hinds on their January tour and then proceeding on their own UK tour. To re-familiarise yourself with what Sun Club will have on show for you, take a gander at We Plug Good Music‘s review of their “wonderfully whimsical” record: The Dongo Durango. A recent graduate with a BA in History. However, my passion lies in spreading the good word of music. Now I am all about the future, not what has happened in the past. From indie to electronic to chillwave to rap to folk, I love to write about all the up-and-coming gems of music as well as the legendary bands which have developed my love for music. Although it makes putting my music library on shuffle quite an undesirable experience. Feel free to follow me on twitter for more music related posts.
