‘Thank You Obama’ Clothing Line To Celebrate The Former First Family | Fashion News
The Obamas have just stepped outside the White House and you already miss them? Don’t worry, there is a seven-piece clothing line created to celebrate our beloved former First Family.
The mind of this project is a Chicago native designer, Joe Freshgoods, who created the pieces, helped by Chance The Rapper, who modeled and promoted the collection. For Freshgoods, this project is extremely important and inspired by the two-term Obama’s presidency.
He said “the night Obama won his first term gave me so much hope, especially and most importantly as a black man. I decided to make a collection saying ‘thank you’ and give me something to smile at every now and then when I look in the closet”.
