The 5 Trends That Fashion Week Has Taught Us So Far | Fashion News
February is a highly fashionable month with so many collections and styles displayed in New York and London. But, if you are looking for reinventing your closet, and you don’t know where to start, here you are five fashion trends fresh off the runways.
First, the banker suits. The classical grey suit is always trendy and this year designers like Calvin Klein, Victoria Beckham or Alexander Wang know how to make it appealing. Then, the crimson colour. Stylists like Carolina Herrera or Narciso Rodriguez worked on daily crimson outfits proposing it on great dresses or layered tonally for a new look at monochrome.
Denim is one of the most versatile fabric and designers continue going well for inspiration. For this season, we will see double denim in crisp salvage, distressed black, fur lined and more. You can give a little shine to your style by adding metallic. To slinky silver fabrics to embellishments here and there, a little sparkling is certainly in order. Be inspired by Marc Jacobs or Oscar de la Renta.
The last tip is fur, glamourous fur. They know how to make you warm and how to let you make an entrance.
