The Amazons Announce Self-Titled Debut Album | Music News
Rock and roll newcomers, The Amazons, have given all their fans a much awaited announcement this Monday morning, none other than the release of their self-titled debut album through Fiction Records on June 2. They’ve also blessed them with the premiere of their video to “Black Magic”.
Currently on their UK and Ireland tour they are selling out venues which have held host to previous upcoming alternative bands, including Wolf Alice and Catfish And The Bottlemen, who have exceeded expectations even across the pond.
When taking to Twitter, The Amazon’s live shows have been described as energetic and unforgettable by their fans as they bring not only heavy guitar riffs but gritty tunes where the audience can escape to a real gig experience, chanting along to their favorite tunes from the set and an overall pulsing excitement among the crowd.
Make sure The Amazons are on your ‘Must Not Miss’ list when they hit festival season this summer as they sure are on mine. Go crazy at Isle Of Wight, Liverpool Sound City and Reading & Leeds and more.
Shortlisted for this year’s BBC Sound Of 2017, The Amazons are following suit in the footsteps of the melodic Stockport five-piece, Blossoms, but can they achieve the number 1 spot, just as they did with their debut?
Pre-order their debut, available digitally, on vinyl and in exclusive bundles, here.
