‘The Good Dinosaur’ Is Officially Pixar’s Lowest Grossing Movie | Film News
The Good Dinosaur has at least one claim to fame that makes it stand out. There’s a first time for everything and for the first time, Pixar have been confirmed as producing a flop film. Their latest feature The Good Dinosaur took a total of $266 million worldwide, and is already outside of the top ten on the domestic charts, making it the new lowest grossing film in Pixar’s history.
Emphasis for this failure has been the story telling process, Pixar’s traditional method of writing and re-writing the story whilst making the feature finally looks like to have revealed its major flaw in its inability to help a film overcome a storm of doubt. The Good Dinosaur is still available to screen in selected cinemas.
