The Rolling Stones Perform ‘Sticky Fingers’ Album At Surprise Los Angeles Concert | Music News

 

The Rolling Stones kick started their ‘Zip Code Tour’ with a bang last night (May 20) by playing the full 1971 album Sticky Fingers in full at a surprise gig in Los Angeles’ Fonda Theater. With tickets only priced at $5, the show was sold out in a matter of seconds, despite it being only announced at noon the same day. The Stones will embark on a 15-date tour across North America starting this Sunday (May 24) at Petco Park in San Diego, and will go on to play the following dates below. The Rolling Stones have also payed tribute to the recent passing of Blues legend BB King, with Keith Richards stating: “one of the greats…BB was a great guy. He was one of the true gentlemen, and I shall miss him a lot. At least we have his records. Farewell, BB”.
