Thom Browne Surreal Autumn/Winter Collection At NYFW 2017 | Fashion News
You’re not bumped into the frozen world of Wonderland, but at the surreal Thom Browne‘s Autumn/Winter fashion show at NYFW 2017.
He created a frozen-lake atmosphere where models seemed more skating on ice by wearing platforms which mocked the look of skate blades. The main feature was the fabrics he used for creating his outfits: the most special was the patchwork argyles and fabrics made from sewn-together ribbon. They created a great contrast with the tailored pieces of the collection by giving an idea of delicacy.
Browne showed an amazing collection surrounded by an amazing scenario completed by penguin plush dolls, leafless trees and human street lights.
Do you feel being in another world?
