Every year, as it happens in different cities around the world, Fashion Week is one of the staple fashion events of the year. After London, Paris, Milan and New York, the last city that will host the fashion week is Tokyo. Tokyo Fashion Week starts this week and will continue until this Saturday. Many Asian designers coming from Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the Philippines will show their collection for the 2018 Spring/Summer season.

Amazon is this year’s fashion week sponsor, and the designer to kick off the event was Yohei Ohno at Shibuya Hikarie, a commercial complex in Tokyo’s Shibuya Ward. The Tokyo-based fashion designer has showcased a collection characterized by primary colors with some flashes of silver and gold and some glittering bags. Also he shows many outfits with which the designer has mixed different fabrics like cotton, linen, vinyl and nylon.
