The eerie, electronic and enigmatic Transviolet are back with new single “Bloodstream”. The second track off of their upcoming EP is even more groundbreaking than their first “Girls Your Age”. The lead singer’s haunting voice sounds slightly like Lady Gaga on acid especially on the chorus, while she switches singing speeds with ease and adds tons of reverb for a truly unique style. The instrumentation start with a very heavy sounding beat which gives the track an aura of darkness along with the electric guitar on the chrous, however there is a light piano motif that runs throughout to offset the dark feel of the song. You can listen to the track below.

I am a 23 year-old musician from Luton, who graduated from De Montfort University with a 2:1 in BA Music Technology & Performance. I sing and write songs in my spare time and I am a massive music enthusiast. I listen to all kinds of different music from indie rock and folk to hip hop and deep house, but I am mainly influenced by hip hop and R&B. I have been interested in music all my life, it shaped my life from phase to phase and I cannot live without it. I try and see live music when I can and attended Reading Festival last year to see my favorite indie rock band Arctic Monkeys. My other interests include superhero and horror films, sports and binging on TV shows.
