V Festival Curates Top 5 JAY-Z Collaborations Of All Time | Music News

 

To celebrate the announcement that JAY-Z will be releasing a new album titled 4:44 on June 30, Virgin V Festival, where Jay will be headlining this year alongside Pink, have put together a curated list of his top five collaborations of all time.

 

Leading their list is the Beyonce collaboration “Crazy In Love”, which topped the Billboard charts for 8 consecutive weeks, making it the duo’s most successful record till date. “Empire State Of Mind” featuring Alicia Keys follows in second, marking Jay-Z’s only number 1 single as a lead artist, and “N****s In Paris” with Kanye West from their Watch The Throne album, comes in at third.

 

Taking the rear in fourth and fifth, are Rihanna’s “Umbrella” which saw both Rihanna and Jay sit at the top of charts for 10 weeks and “Young Forever” featuring Mr. Hudson, which became Jay-Z’s 17th top ten single.
