The first trailer for Egyptian fantasy epic Gods Of Egypt has been revealed. The trailer shows off a lot of CG-driven spectacle, with some clear influences from 300 and Clash of the Titans with an Ancient Egyptian Twist. Take a look for yourself below.
Directed by Alex Proyas (I, Robot) and written by Dracula Untold‘s Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless, Gods of Egypt stars Brenton Thwaites, Gerard Butler, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Chadwick Boseman, Geoffrey Rush, Rufus Sewell, Elodie Yung, Courtenay Eaton and Abbey Lee. The film is set for release on February 26, 2016 (US) and April 8, 2016 (UK).
