Will.i.am Unsure Whether He Will Stick With ‘The Voice’ | TV News

Following the announcement that the Kaiser Cheif’s singer Ricky Wilson will be leaving The Voice after its current series ends, it looks like Will.i.am could be the next judge to leave the show once it makes the move to rival network ITV. It was previously revealed last year that BBC sold the singing competition to ITV for £355 million; leaving many fans wondering how the network will cope with managing The X Factor as well.

Speaking to ITV studios, the Black Eyed Peas singer revealed how his loyalty to executive producer Moira Ross is contributing to his indecisive attitude: “I love Moira and it’s going to be hard if she’s not there”. He continued, explaining how he’s intending on seeing how the current series goes before he makes a decision: “My gut is telling me to see out this season first. I don’t want to make my decision until then”.

Considering the show has already introduced new judges Boy George and Paloma Faith to replace Rita Ora and Tom Jones, sadly we could be watching an entirely new panel for its next series in 2017. See the next episode of the blind auditions Saturday 20 February at 7:15pm on BBC One.
