‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ Star Lucas Till Confirms Role As ‘MacGyver’ In CBS Pilot | TV News
The future of Havok in X-Men: Apocalypse, but it looks like the 25-year-old star behind the character, Lucas Till has finally found his break out role, stepping out from the Jennifer Lawrence, Micheal Fassbender, and James McAvoy-led franchise to star in CBS’ MacGyver pilot.
The role was formally played by Richard Dean Anderson, who uses his vast scientific knowledge instead of a gun to complete missions. Big shoes for the young Lucas Till to fill, the reboot rewinding the clock as a 20-something man recruited by an organization to use this skills to stop disasters from happening.
The series is only in pilot, but if the heritage is anything to go by, it has the potential to go far.
