XamVolo – Feels Good | New Music

Today, Neo-Soul jazz master XamVolo has just released his new track titled “Feels Good“. Since he was young, he has always wanted to be a musician, and indeed he started playing many local gigs across London and Liverpool and now he has already garnered notable attention across the internet and airwaves.

He has notched up critical acclaim and impressive plays with coveted spots on Spotify playlists and viral charts; and his talent and notoriety has led to comparisons with D’Angelo, Anderson Paak and Thundercat. He has also been championed by a wealth of tastemakers – from Annie Mac, Gilles Peterson, Huw Stephens and MistaJam through to Esquire, Clash and Hunger Magazine.

Speaking about this new single, it was produced by XamVolo alongside Paul Phamous, AV, Cedric Mitchell and Matthew Genovese.

The singer claims about the song: “I wanted to capture a feeling. That headspace you’re in when it’s 4am at a house party in a neighbourhood you’ve never been to. That moment when you slowly realise you’ve spent the last 40 minutes on the couch staring at the vinyl stacked next to the TV.

When you find yourself wading from smoke-filled room to smoke-filled room, talking about everything and nothing to nameless people, drinking nameless drinks from bottomless cups, heedless, certain of nothing except the fact that – for once – nothing matters. That’s the vibe, it’s a good feeling“.

He is a true artist who oversees every element of his music, showing all of his jazz influences in his music. Listen to “Feels Good” below.
