The roster for the Music of David Bowie tribute shows taking place in New York are looking like an icons reunion, as the list of those who want to pay homage to David Bowie keeps on growing. These are at Carnegie Hall on Thursday, March 31, and at Radio City Music Hall, on Friday, April 1.
Michael Stipe, Pixies, Cat Power, Blondie and Amanda Palmer have been added to the star studded line-up. They join The Roots, Laurie Anderson, The Mountain Goats, Bette Midler, Perry Farrell, and others. These celebrations of Bowie’s music had actually been planned since before his passing.
