Zach Galifianakis To Voice The Joker In ‘Lego Batman’ | Film News
Jared Leto is no longer the newest Joker in town. It has been announced that Zach Galifianakis is to take on the caped crusader’s nemesis in Lego Batman. The Lego Movie spinoff will be directed by Chis McKay, and will star the voices of Will Arnett, who is to return as Batman, and Michael Cera as Robin. The script is being written by Seth Grahame-Smith with franchise overlords Phil Lord and Christopher Miller set to produce.
The film will attempt to fit in as much of Batmans’ backstory and as many eras as possible, which of course includes The Joker, the most famous and dangerous of Batman’s villains. Lego Batman is set for a February 10, 2016 release.
