A Victoria Secret Store Tells An Over-Size Client They Didn’t Cater For Her Size | Fashion News

It happened in Cardiff where a store employee asked a plus-size client if she was aware of the brand’s size they sell. Abbie Walsh-Greenfield wrote an open letter to the leading lingerie brand, Victoria Secret, to express all her disappointment with the service received.

As she walked around in the store, a shop assistant said to her plus-size friend “are you aware of the sizing in this store?” After that reply, she wrote on her blog, “I didn’t feel uncomfortable by the lack of XL’s (I actually don’t believe that I saw one in that size, anyway), nor by the 5 X-Smalls, 4 Smalls, 2 Medium, 1 Large and 0 X-Large ratio that seemed to be a common theme on the rails around the store. It wasn’t even that, that had bothered me”.
