AC/DC Drummer Phil Rudd ‘Attempting To Procure Murder’ Charge Dropped | Music News
AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd was recently been charged with attempting to procure the murder of two individuals, however those charges have now been dropped due to insufficient evidence. Rudd was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and cannabis, and threatening to kill, and those charges still stand. He was charged at Tauranga court New Zealand and had been bailed until the 27th of November. Rudd has been absent from AC/DC recent promotional material for their forthcoming album, the band have also stated that Rudd’s circumstances do not hinder the bands upcoming tour which kicks off this month.
