American Artist HAEZL Releases New Single ‘Your Monster And Your Queen’

Los Angeles-bred and Washington-based artist HAEZL has released a new single titled “Your Monster And Your Queen“, which explores the complexities of relationships and mental health.

Through her commentary on the experience of “splitting,” HAEZL examines the two sides of a relationship: the monster representing dread and suffering, and the queen representing bravery and strength.

The single features a catchy electropop beat with retro synths from the 1980s, combined with a subtly ominous message to a lover. HAEZL’s unique take on romance is one of escape, as she describes breaking free from a relationship in a kerosene-fueled flame.

Originally from Los Angeles and now living in Washington, D.C., HAEZL has combined the urban landscapes of the East and West coasts to create her own twist on contemporary vocal pop and electronic genres.

Her previous work includes collaborations with the Dylan Furr Band on their popular tune “Possessed“, and being the main singer for Armenian metal band Stryfe and the progressive indie band Strum The Fox.

HAEZL has established herself as a distinctive artist in the music industry with a sound that is both upbeat and lyrical. Despite having formal training in opera, she has developed a genre-defying sound that cuts across geographic and cultural boundaries.

With the release of “Your Monster And Your Queen“, HAEZL adds another entry to her growing discography, which currently includes 7 singles available in shops all over the world.
