Amy Lawton has released her debut single “Undone”, the 20-year-old singer/songwriter had already received great support from Deezer who featured the song prominently in their ‘Brand New UK’ playlist.
“Undone” is a pop-country song, very commercial, the melody is easy but catchy. Amy Lawton voice is sweet and stylish and her performance for “Undone” is convincing. The instrumental accompaniments are not memorable but still creative and atmospheric. This artist is very talented and “Undone” has a great commercial potential.
Speaking about the new track she said: “The song is a kind of wild confession of someone’s real motives in a relationship, which I was inspired to write after talking to an ex-boyfriend after he showed up at one of my gigs”.
Amy Lawton’s live performance are amazing, her biggest show came as a support to Jack Savoretti last year at London’s Cadogan Hall. More recently, she held a six-week residency at the West End nightspot Mahiki in early 2017. Listen to Amy Lawton new debut single “Undone” below.
