‘Ash vs. Evil Dead’ Trailer Released Following Comic-Con Panel | TV Trailer
Brace yourself, Evil Dead fans, a trailer has been released for the upcoming Evil Dead spinoff, Ash vs Evil Dead. Shown at the Starz Comic-Con panel, introduced by Bruce Campbell and Lucy Lawless with the one and only Sam Raimi, the trailer brings us back to the original series with the inclusion of chainsaws and gore.
In an interview with EW before the Starz panel, Campbell stated on title character Ash, “He has survivor’s guilt. You could have a heyday with his PTSD. He’s a war vet. He continues being a trash-talking know-it-all who doesn’t really know anything. He’s the ultimate anti-hero. He’s kind of an idiot, but man, if I had to go to battle, I’d want to be next to that guy, because he’ll bring it if he has to“. Ash vs Evil Dead will (of course) air October 31.
