Director James Cameron says ‘Avatar’ sequels will be out soon due to advance in technology

 

Director James Cameron has updated fans on the progress of the three sequels to Avatar saying they are still in the early stages. At this moment in time, Cameron is spending his time more on the creative processes needed for animation. The director is helping to design the main characters, settings and new creatures which inhabit Pandora.

 

Fans of the original film should expect to see new worlds, habitats and cultures in the sequels and Cameron has reassured fans that the films will not take too long to make due to the progress made in technology. Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana will star in all the following sequels. Avatar 2 will be released in December 2016 while the third and fourth instalments will be released in December 2017 and December 2018 respectively.
