Canadian singer Banks releases her new music video for new single “F**k With Myself”.
Banks does what she does best and displays her edgy style and airy vocals. The video is arguably her freakiest yet with masked dancers looking like they have come from Silent Hill and featuring her licking and burning a model of herself.
“I fuck with myself more than anybody else” sings Banks. Talking to Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio Show she explains the meaning behind her song.
“There’s so many meanings to it,” Banks told Lowe of the new song. “It could be like, ‘I fuck with myself,’ like, ‘I mess with myself more than anybody else.’ It could be, ‘I fuck with myself,’ kind of like, ‘I’m feeling myself.’ It means a lot of different things that I think a lot of people can relate to”.
Banks’s sophomore album, the follow-up to 2014 Goddess, drops September 30.
