“New Year, New Me”
If you are not familiar with the artist known as Brian, you may be familiar with his former tag ‘Rich Chigga‘. The young Indonesian-born rapper, whose real name is Brian Imanuel, is changing his artist name and his outlook for 2018.
“I have been planning to do this forever and I’m so happy to finally do it. I was naive & I made a mistake…” he said on Twitter referring to his racially controversial former tag.
As a celebration, he shares new music with us; a single titled “See Me“. A much more mature track than what we’re used to, he reflects on his own personal journey up until now in music while also speaking on his future pursuits.
Brian has also announced his highly anticipated debut project Amen is set to be released on February 2 through 88rising Records.
