Announced earlier today, Bruce Springsteen will be releasing his autobiography titled “Born To Run” on September 27. This has come as a surprise to fans, as Springsteen is currently touring as part of his The River 2016 Tour and Springsteen recently confirmed to Rolling Stone, his next music release will be a solo album.

According to brucespringsteen.net, “Springsteen has been privately writing the autobiography over the past seven years. He began work in 2009, after performing with the E Street Band at the Super Bowl’s halftime show“. “Writing about yourself is a funny business,” Bruce notes in his book. “But in a project like this, the writer has made one promise, to show the reader his mind. In these pages, I’ve tried to do this“.
