Bugzy Malone Unveils ‘Kilos’ Music Video With Aitch | Music News

Manchester’s Grime king, Bugzy Malone, and its new prince, Aitch, have joined forces to give us the perfect track to sip your rum and coke to this summer.

At only 19, Aitch (pronounced ‘H’) is just starting his Grime journey despite his track “Straight Rhymez” already at around 11 million views, and he has hooked up with Malone who holds the most viewed ‘Fire in the Booth’ track to date with 20 million views. One thing is clear that this Manchester Grime collaboration is what we were all waiting for.

Bugzy gives fans something different to his usual style with Swifta Beater’s Latin American flamenco guitar backing throughout the song. Although different to his Grime roots, Malone’s trademark vocal style and pronounced Manchester accent can’t be mistaken to any Grime fan.

With a catchy melody chorus, and Aitch’s classic cheeky cocky lyrics, this is a fun track with hard bars. A music video to match the fun track, the boys have gone ‘all out’ with Pablo Escobar Colombian Cartel inspired visuals and copious amounts of bikini-clad ladies, booze and boats.

A collaboration which doesn’t disappoint; this merge of the new Grime and old Grime blended with a commercial feel might be enough to inject Manchester into the flourishing London Commercial Grime scene led by Giggs, AJ Tracey and others today.
Find Bugzy Malone at Wireless, Glastonbury and Boardmasters this summer. Aitch will be popping up at various European festivals including Reading & Leeds, Bassfest and Outlook.
