The American hiphop rapper Busta Rhymes just released the new music video for his first single ”Girlfriend” featuring Vybz Kartel and Tory Lanez. Though we still have to wait a bit more for Rhymes to drop his album, this single is a strong start that has made fans more eager for the full-length.
Directed by Bussa Bus and Benny Boom, the video was filmed in Jamaica. In the video, Rhymes meets his friend Beenie Man, where he later sails together with Spliff Star surrounded by beautiful women on a yacht. Rhymes is showing us the exclusive life and is in general enjoying himself in this video. The video suits the catchy single with its dancehall and reggae melody, which the rapper has been experimenting with recently.
