Cartoon Network Commissions Animated ‘Justice League’ Series | TV News
It’s been ten years since the last Justice League animated series wrapped up, and with Zack Snyder bringing the big seven of the DC universe together in Justice League Part One, it seems fitting that a new animated series starring the finest of the DC is returning to our screens. Cartoon Network has officially commissioned Justice League Action, a series of eleven minute animated shorts in the format of Teen Titans Go.
To add credence to the show, legends Kevin Conroy – playing, you guessed it, Batman – and Mark Hamill – playing the Joker – are said to be reprising their roles alongside other stars James Wood – who will voice Lex Luthor, and Diedrich Bader as Booster Gold.
