Casper Jones Debuts New Single ‘Stormy’ And ‘Nomad’ EP | Music News

 

Songwriter, composer, performer and producer from Seattle but Brooklyn-based Casper Jones has just released his latest single “Stormy” as part of his Nomad EP released on January 10!

 

Indie-pop and alternative R&B singer-songwriter and instrumentalist Casper Jones started music at a very young age. Already as a teenager he wrote his own songs and played guitar. He was also a slam poet for a while. In 2018 he released his first single “Down With It” and since then, his success has continued to grow. Casper Jones has over 500,000 streams on all platforms.

 

He is inspired by artists such as Franck Ocean, Drake, Post Malone, Kanye West, John Mayer, Miguel, and others. In his EP Nomad, Casper Jones talks about the ego management that everyone goes through.

 

It’s a mix between indie pop, alternative R&B and downtempo hip-hop. The artist considers the songs as his own. Music is a way for him to find himself. He hopes that his listeners will find their way in it too.

 

2020 is going to be a year full of concerts for Casper Jones. If you want to see him live, he will be in Manhattan on February 20 and has plans to tour several cities in the United States during the year.
