More fashion shows are continuing to make their way back in the fashion industry and we are here for it. This time it was the time for French Luxury house Celine to unveil its Fall 2021 Ready-To-wear collection titled ‘PARADE’. The collection was showcased outside in the gardens of the Château Vaux-le-Vicomte.
This collection is very classy, chic, and what every woman would want in their wardrobe as Celine usually makes. It comes with very easy looks to style and to wear on a daily life basis as well as some very chic suits paired with boots and small baguette bags. Regarding the color palette, it carries quite the neutral tones including greys, browns, greens, and beiges.
Only a few dresses were made for this collection, it was based on modern fits made, for it to be cool and wearable. When we look more in detail at the different looks, we see that the items separated are simple mum jeans, tweed jackets, shirts. But what stands out too are the naval jackets and tuxedo who have been in the French fashion for ages.
We can find roomy blazers in men’s wear fabrics, outerwear clothes, and shoes resembling the English hunting wardrobe and style. A touch of bourgeois classics mixed in with hoodies, ball caps, and jeans with blown-out knees, and all the models were reined in logos and branding to headwear and sunglasses.
We should also talk about the venue of the fashion show – the gardens of the Château Vaux-le-Vicomte add a lot to the French identity of the collection showcased here, which was described by the brand as “A melancholic daydream of youth interrupted“.
