Chance The Rapper has apparently been sent to the hospital for unknown reasons, and has been forced to cancel a New York show that was supposed to take place imminently. He is currently in the process of promoting his upcoming mixtape, Chance 3, which is released Friday, May 13.
Chance was originally booked to perform in New York for a charity event, though Joey Bada$$, Anderson .Paak and Mark Ronson have been enlisted at the last minute to take his place.
The reasons for Chance The Rapper’s current hospitalization are unknown, and his representatives are currently not sending out statements.
