David Magee Completes Script For ‘The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Silver Chair’ | Film News

Since the last adaptation five years ago, it appears that The Chronicles of Narnia stagnated, but now is the appropriate time to rejuvenate the book adaptation with The Chronicles of Narnia: The Silver Chair. With David Magee (Life of Pi) expressing on twitter he has finally finished a first script for the adaptation. He goes on to say, “completed the final draft of The Silver Chair today. I’ve had the immense pleasure to work on the project for over a year now. So fulfilling”. With the plot thickening after the events of the third book to film adaptation, Aslan seeks out an English boarding school student, Eustace Scrubb (Will Poulter) to help track down the prince and solve the mystery. Following previous successes of the franchise, could the new film hit audiences after the stagnation?
