Donatella Versace Says Madonna Was Not Photoshopped In Ad Campaign | Fashion News

 

Madonna, the face of Versace’s Spring/Summer 2015 Campaign, shows off a very toned physique in the campaign images, prompting suspicions of another common use of Photo-shopping for a fashion campaign – but Donatella Versace has denied this, stating, “she did not have her abdomen or arms retouched“.

 

So, despite the use of some generous lighting, Madonna is still looking amazing for her fifty-six years. Donatella, who is a longstanding friend of Madonna, also said of the shoot: “I told her: You don’t have to be only sexy. I want you like I know you: a vulnerable person who is afraid, who suffers from loneliness and yet is strong, determined, and fearless. In these photos, she is”.
