It’s Friday and it means time for more music release surprises. Eminem has shared a new version of his track “Killer“!
Eminem shared the exciting Friday news via his Instagram account saying, “‘Dying laughing is the only way you’re killing me’ K I L L E R remix out now”
For the remix of the song “Killer” that featured on his last album Music To Be Murdered By, Eminem has teamed up with Jack Harlow and Cordae. Despite the rapper’s longevity in the rap game, Eminem has made a point to work with the new generation of MCs.
“Killer (Remix)” represents an amazing track that manages to combine old-school hip-hop flow with new school flex bars and energetic boost. This can be clearly heard especially in Jack Harlow’s verse, in which he spits: “I’m on a song with my idol. I’m a cold-blooded version of the song title“.
His album Music To Be Murdered By arrived as a surprise in January 2020, followed by its Side B counterpart in December last year.
Between both parts, Eminem joined Jessie Reyez on her song “COFFIN” and Big Sean on Detroit 2’s “Friday Night Cypher“, then in July he teamed up with Kid Cudi for a collaborative single “The Adventures of Moon Man & Slim Shady“.
