This soul-pop track is for “everyone working, for everyone who’s stressed as hell, for everyone dreaming of a vacation,” so, most likely, for you too. A joyful and sunny Norwegian nine-piece Fieh, led by the charismatic 23-year-old Sofie Tollefsbøl has just shared their second single “25“.
Starting with GarageBand demo projects, in around 3 years Sofie’s solo developed into a large band, as she joined up with fellow students from Norwegian Academy of Music. Now, with a drummer, a bassist, a guitarist, a trumpeter, a keyboardist and a few back-up singers, her music evolved into much richer and complex sound.
Released via New York label Honeymoon, home for the likes of Rejjie Snow and Anna of the North, “25” follows band’s debut single “Glu“, which was mentioned on Sir Elton John‘s radio show. Listen to both of the tracks below:
