First Enticing Trailer For ‘All I See Is You’ | Film Trailer

The first trailer has arrived for All I See Is You, which stars Blake Lively as a blind woman who depends on her husband (Jason Clarke) to be her eyes in the world. But when she has a corneal transplant and regains her sight, the trust between them begins to erode.

If the above synopsis reads like a tear-jerking drama, the trailer below is here to dispel that idea. What shifts from a generic-looking drama about a woman regaining her sight morphs into what looks like a dark psychological thriller, where the status quo is upended leading to dark truths revealing themselves.

The film is directed by Marc Forster, who has made a career out of being a bit of a chameleon behind the camera, having directed Oscar dramas like Finding Neverland and Monster’s Ball, dark thrillers like Stay and blockbusters such as Quantum Of Solace and World War Z. The screenplay has been written by Forster and Sean Conway.

Alongside Lively and Clarke, the film also stars Yvonne Strahovski, Danny Huston, Ahna O’Reilly and Wes Chatham.

All I See Is You arrives in cinemas Friday, October 27.
