Grime artist, rapper, radio presenter and TV chef Big Zuu can now add book writer to his skillset, he created his TV show last year and now announces his first cookbook called Big Zuu’s Big Eats to be released on June 3, and is available to be pre-ordered now.
The artist declares on Twitter about his cookbook “You lot have been asking me about recipes for years so I’ve only gone and written a cookbook! BIG ZUU’S BIG EATS is out June 3rd and available to pre-order now. Featuring some of my favourites including Doritos Fried Chicken, Mumma Zuu’s Jollof Rice, Vegan Doner Kebabs & more!!!”
Big Zuu really inserts his identity on everything he does, so it is the same way with the cookbook and his recipes, such as his classic ‘Doritos Fried Chicken’ and ‘Mumma Zuu’s Jollof Rice’ dishes. He also revealed that the cookbook will cover all the basic steps of cooking when on a budget, including how to use spices from West African cuisine.
The self-taught chef, Big Zuu, wrote this book to prove that cooking can be a fun and affordable experience, and with his cookbook set to feature over 100 recipes that would make anyone’s mouth water, we can’t wait to get our hands on it and try out the recipes.
