Hayley Williams Is Ready To Record A New Paramore Album | Music News

The members of Paramore (from left: Taylor York, Hayley Williams and Zac Farro) pair upbeat ’80s sounds with bleak lyrics on After Laughter

After releasing her second solo album Flowers For Vases / Descansos earlier this month, singer Hayley Williams has admitted that she has no plans for a new solo album and is ready to go back into the studio with her Paramore partners.

The announcement was made on Twitter. When asked by a fan if the rocker had any unused solo songs in stock that she plans to use for Paramore, the singer replied “There are more songs, yeah. but I’m not planning on another solo album. and I’m not sure if they’d be great for Paramore. I’m ready for the next Paramore album. let’s go”.

Back in January of this year, some fans were worried that the band would break up in light of Hayley’s latest solo releases, to which she replied that there was nothing to worry about and that Paramore was still a band.

“I wouldn’t say I’ve been un-involved up till now but the thing is we grew up playing together and learning (and the re-learning) how to write together. They are my favorite musicians in the world. I’m excited to see how our writing together grows for this next project”

Since 2005, the band has released five studio albums with After Laughter, the latest in 2017.
