It has definitely been a busy week for Iron Maiden: after kicking off their world tour on February 24 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the heavy metal legends have released a teaser trailer for their upcoming computer game, called Legacy of the Beast.

In the trailer, that you can watch below, Iron Maiden’s mascot Eddie and the devil recreate the artwork of 1982 iconic album Run to The Hills with the two engaging in a battle.

Although the released date for the game has not been announced yet, it is known that it will be downloadable as an app for both Android and iOs.

James Hurshouse, CEO of Roadhouse Interactive, which is developing the game, has said about their collaboration with the British band: “As a lifelong fan, I have always thought that Maiden’s music, lyrics and cast of characters would provide the perfect basis for a deep RPG experience”.

He added: “With this game we’re creating an outstanding RPG that will appeal to all mobile gamers, including those discovering Maiden for the first time”.
