Joanna Newsom is a harpist/singer/songwriter from California. She is due to release her new album Divers on October 23 this year, this will follow her last album Have One On Me which was released five years ago. Her brand new video from the latest single from the upcoming LP “Sapokanikan” is directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. Describing her forthcoming album, Newsom’s record label Drag City said, “further along and down the road apiece from where she took her leave of us, Joanna Newsom plays on.
