The rapper is planning on finally releasing his iiiDrops mixtape in May, and now he comes with the latest from that very project, “CORNERSTORE”. This features Saba and theMIND, with production by Thelonious Martin.
It is quite a triumphant number, a big song for some big vocals. The lyrics seem to imply hitting the big time in life, making it to the top and becoming a hero of sorts. There is a refrain, the beat decreasing in volume for some good dynamics, as the vocals, rapped then sung, are given space to breathe.
