As long as God’s got us then we gon be alriiiiiggghhhhtt ♫ Kendrick Lamar definitely set a high bar for everyone by being the opening act of the 2015 BET Award ceremony yesterday – he blazed the stage yesterday with a brilliant performance of the song “Alright” off of his number one album To Pimp A Butterfly. With the American flag in the background, K dot was on top on a gratified police car with a crowd on stage hyping everything whilst he rapped his passionate lyrics.
This song is definitely something that we need right now as it just lurs positivity and makes us remember no matter what, we are all going to be alright. Congrats to him for winning the well deserved ‘Best Male Hip Hop Artist’ award as well. He said in his speech, “this for Compton. This for Watts.
