LA Singer and Songwriter Zoe Alex Unveils New Track ‘Bad Love’

Zoe Alex, an exciting new pop singer from Los Angeles is back after a year with her new single named “Bad Love“. Her vocals and crafted lyrics are what make this young artist memorable. She uses her songs as a means to connect hearts to each other.

A queer ‘U-Haul anthem’ full of begrudging acceptance” is how Zoe describes this song. “Bad Love” has a haunting nature to it, from the melody to the lyrics, it’ll stick in your head for a while.

Zoe tells you the story of an inevitable love. The fear of repeating the same mistakes by being incapable of loving someone new. With the help of Trey Kams as the producer, this track is now available for listeners to enjoy below.

As she explains, the lyrics refer to the early stages of new love, when the first days are full of passion and optimism, yet the fear and hesitation will hunt those who cannot anticipate.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the track, Zoe Alex says, “I wrote this song in the early stages of a new love. This person had written a beautiful song full of optimism about the first few days of our relationship, and I couldn’t shake my fears and hesitations.

I also couldn’t leave a song written about me un-responded to… Bad Love is about feeling like you can see emotional chaos in your future and you’re going to walk toward it anyway, as though you have learned nothing from the past”.

Her lyrics are wholesome while considering different factors that are only expected from young bright minds. She shares her experience through words to connect with others and make them feel ‘heard and held’.

“Bad Love” is Alex’s second single and it seems to be a success just like the first one.
