Latvian Recording Artist Chris Noah Releases New Track ‘Sunboy’

Riga-based recording artist Chris Noah has revealed his new track “Sunboy”.

Combining indie rock with catchy pop, the artist has gathered a lot of popularity across his homeland by sharing his attractive sounds, his authentic vocals, and fascinating melodies.

Previously, Noah put fire on big festival stages included Reeperbahn Festival in Germany, Tallinn Music Week and also back up huge artists such as Tom Odell and LP.

In 2017, Chris Noah caught the eyes of the audience with his second single “You”, being one of the most played song this year in Latvia.

But it was the self-released singles “River” and “Fall Through” which retained the international attention with original vocals, relatable lyrics, and strong sense of melody.

More than one year of patience to have Noah’s return with the summer vibes “Sunboy” along its Barcelona shooting music video.

Produced by the artist himself along Kristofer Harris, his old-time collaborator, the track “Sunboy” delivers a shot of memorable undertones and 80’s components, without relaying too much in them.

Chris Noah’s vocals are backed up by pounding snare, rolling synths and saxophone cameo revealing a shade of his style. “Sunboy” takes its inspiration from the relationships that overcome personal shortcomings and self-destructive habits.

Speaking about the track, the artist says “I am really happy about this song. I feel like I’ve found my sound in a lot of ways and it just feels good. It got pretty depressing for me during the pandemic and I made a couple of bad personal decisions that inspired this idea. But all in all there’s so many positive aspects to this track – we had so much fun making it, and I guess you can hear that in the music too”.
