You can be forgiven for thinking that Laura Marling is much older than she is, the 24-year old has announced that she will be releasing a 5th studio album titled Short Movie in March 2015. The accomplished singer-songwriter has released a water colour style animated music video to accompany the release of the album’s title track “Short Movie”. Sounding as beautiful and as well-crafted as ever, the new song uses strings and a simple drum beat to compliment Laura and her guitar. The music video, directed by Art & Graft depicts a galloping horse emerging from a simple line of paint and riding through various landscapes, star formations and eventually becoming a shadow.
