Long Island Alt-Folk Artist EVVAN Shares New Single ‘Craving’

Indie-folk non-binary singer EVVAN has unfolded their new song titled “Craving”.

Long Island based EVVAN is a multitalented singer, songwriter and producer who is dedicating herself to climb the steps in her music and personal life while initiate collaborations and producing a part of her singles.

Reminiscent of Pat Benatar and Stevie Nicks, the newly shared titled “Craving” arrives right on time to celebrate the Pride Month. The piece of music leads you to this past time back to the 80s, sharing its nostalgic pop rock sounds.

The stormy combat for LGBTQ+ community and other groups experiencing adversity as main theme, EVVAN takes part in the battle by using crunchy guitars and passionate expressions of craving change.

Produced by Dan Sadin, the engaged “Craving” will be available in EVVAN’s upcoming EP, whihc is the follow-up to their critically-acclaimed 2021 EP Home.

EVVAN continues her journey by experimenting different path to share her stories to stimulate the audience perspective helped by textured melodies, layered harmonies, and evocative lyrics.

Speaking about her new release, the young artist comments, “‘Craving’ came from a point of confusion and frustration over the gender binary. I want to tell those who don’t experience it themselves about the real-life difficulties in understanding how the world isn’t as simplistic as man and woman. The spectrum is much more expansive and not only involves gender, but gender expression and sexuality”.

It will be necessary to have some patience until July 14 to be able to enjoy the music video.
