Manchester rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer Deeon has unveiled his brand new track “One Day” most recently. The hip-hop based song tells a very personal story about the eviction he has experienced.
Deeon’s music is inspired by well-known rap legends such as 2pac, Eminem, 50cent and The Game.
He started his professional recording career at 21 with his first two releases “Insight” and “Lately I’ve Been Thinking”. In his hometown Manchester the young artist already gained attention and a dedicated fan base has formed there.
Furthermore he received support from local radio station Pie radio and stream playlists as well. Deeon stands out with his atmospheric rap tracks and his special voice.
“One Day” is his fifth release for 2020 and reflects his current life situation. After being faced with eviction and job uncertainty, the artist returns with this powerful track and indicates that better days will come soon.
Based on relaxed beats and touching piano chords, Deeon delivers brutally honest lyrics through a perfectly fitting flow all over “One Day”. “One Day we gonna see better places”, he sings in the hook. Even if the track deals with hard times he experienced, the complete song broadcasts strength and hope for the future. Listen to “One Day” below.
