Mark Hamill On Luke & Leia Kiss – ‘It Was Traumatic’ | Film News
For years, fans have been left disturbed and puzzled by the Luke and Leia kiss from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back after it was revealed the pair were actually siblings. Now, Luke Skywalker himself (Mark Hamill) has finally spoken about the incestuous incident, revealing that it was “traumatic” for the Jedi Master, despite his seemingly laid back attitude in Return of the Jedi.
Speaking on Twitter, Hamill explained: “It’s a big joke & everyone has a good laugh, but for Luke it was TRAUMATIC! Seriously, a life-altering experience”. Looks like some counselling might be on the horizon, perhaps in Episode VIII? See the tweet below and a hilarious creation on Han Solo’s relelisation that the woman he loves snogged her brother.
