Martin Freeman has revealed that BBC drama Sherlock may return for a one off special. Freeman recently spoke to media company Cultbox where he revealed the information, however he is unsure of when production will begin. Further down the line, it has already been confirmed that the detective drama will return for two more seasons. It seems that all the contributors to the show are busy with other commitments at the moment. Lead actors Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatch are busy working on other projects while the show’s co-creator Steven Moffat is currently working on Doctor Who. Freeman and Cumberbatch can next be seen in Peter Jackson’s film The Hobbit: The Battle of Five in UK cinemas on December 17, 2014.
